How it works
Scheduled collection
The scenario runs on a set schedule and pulls B2B leads from multiple sources based on your ICP — industry, company size, and geography.
Contact data extraction
For each lead, available fields are extracted: name, title, company, email, LinkedIn profile, and phone where present.
Email validation
Emails are checked for deliverability. Addresses that fail validation are separated into a review queue and not mixed with verified contacts.
Deduplication
Each record is checked against existing entries before being written. Duplicates are skipped silently, keeping the output clean across runs.
Structured output
Verified leads land in a structured Google Sheet. A separate tab captures failed records, and a summary tab tracks counts and quality metrics automatically.
