How it works
Target company identification
Companies are sourced and filtered against your ICP criteria. Only accounts that match on industry, size, and region enter the pipeline.
Decision-maker lookup
The right contact is identified by title and seniority. Records without a verified decision-maker are excluded before enrichment.
Contact enrichment
Each prospect is enriched with professional email and LinkedIn profile. Records that fail validation are queued for review rather than discarded.
Personalized outreach
Outreach is generated with an AI-written opening line tailored to each prospect. Messages go out across email and LinkedIn.
Multi-step follow-up
A structured sequence runs automatically. Replies are detected and the sequence stops — the lead is routed to a human rep.
CRM logging
All activity is logged to Airtable in real time. The base includes a pipeline view, outreach status, and a weekly summary.
