How it works
Content source
The workflow reads from a central content calendar — a spreadsheet or database where posts are prepared in advance. Each row contains the copy, media, target platforms, and scheduled time.
Per-platform formatting
Content is adapted automatically for each channel. Character limits, hashtag placement, and media requirements differ across platforms — the workflow handles this without manual reformatting.
Scheduled publishing
Posts go out at the configured time across all target platforms. The workflow runs continuously and picks up new scheduled entries as they are added to the content calendar.
Status tracking
Each post result — published, failed, or pending — is written back to the source. Failed posts surface immediately so they can be retried or reviewed.
