Notion ↔ Calendar
Sync

A Make.com scenario that keeps Notion and Google Calendar in sync — new events created in Notion appear in the calendar automatically, with no manual entry.

How it works

01

Trigger on new Notion entries

Make.com watches a Notion database for new rows. When an event is added, the scenario fires immediately.

02

Create calendar event

The event title, date, time, and description are mapped to a new Google Calendar entry. The calendar stays up to date without any manual copy-paste.

03

Two-way option

The scenario can be extended to sync in the other direction — events created in Google Calendar can create corresponding entries back in Notion.
